After trying several times to fix the air of my Saturn Vue, we decided to trade it in on something else. We originally opted for a used Nissan, but discovered that the warranty would cost an extra $2,000. We then received a call from Larry (service manager at Kelly Buick/GMC) who had talked to a GM sales rep about our ongoing problem. They offered us a considerable trade-in discount on a new car, making a new Terrain just as affordable as a used Rogue! Once again, everyone at Kelly was wonderful, and went far out of their way to help us. We have always worked with Rich Vasvari, who was able to sell us the Terrain, and both he and Mike (sales mgr.) spent hours in the heat looking for just the right car.
