         PROCEDURES TO QUALIFY

• Vehicle must have 100% Service Performed at The Kelly Car and Truck Center.
• Per Dealer recommended maintenance service scheduled every 3,000 miles.
• Tires for life is valid only for original owner of vehicle.
• Normal wear only.
• Tires must be rotated every 6,000 miles.
• Alignment must be performed every 15,000 miles.
• Tires will be replaced when the tread depth is below 2/32".
• Tires must be replaced at The Kelly Car and Truck Center.
• Vehicle must be purchased at The Kelly Car and Truck Center or Kelly Risk Free.
• Tire pressure must be checked every 1,000 miles.
• Customer pays for mounting and balancing.
