Performance of 2020 GMC Acadia

Three engine options are available in the 2020 Acadia SUV, and every one of them comes with a nine-speed automatic transmission. The standard trim is a 4-cylinder engine with 193 hp. Next up is a V6 engine with 310 hp, and the newest trim is powered by a 4-cylinder turbocharged engine delivering 230 hp. These are power-packed engines that provide great acceleration. 


Driving and the Acadia SUV with even the base engine will give you an incredible mileage of 21 mpg within the city and 27 mpg on highways. The V6 engine registers 19 mpg citywide and 27 mpg on highways. The 2020 GMC Acadia is a smooth and stable ride that has a towing capacity of up to 4,000 pounds.


Changes In The New 2020 GMC Acadia

The 2020 Acadia SUV features the all-new GMC infotainment system that has taken over from the old IntelliLink system. The touch screen size has increased from 7 to 8 inches too. Certain essential safety features like parking sensors, blind-spot scanning, and lane assist have become standard in the new SUV. Also available are a rear camera, lane departure alert, and charging for wireless devices.
